Claudia Balló has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Claudia started their career as a Social Media Strategist Trainee at McCann Worldgroup, where they provided support in planning digital strategies and creating content plans for clients such as NESCAFÉ and Jack Daniels. Claudia then moved on to XXL Comunicación as an Account Manager Trainee, where they were responsible for writing press materials, organizing events, and managing media and influencer relationships for clients like Pimkie and Lola Casademunt. Claudia later joined VMLY&R as an International Account Executive, where they supervised and coordinated briefings, budgets, and timings for clients such as ALDI and Actimel. Claudia then worked as a Global Project Manager at 14, leading client relationships and managing end-to-end campaigns and projects for SEAT. Claudia then joined HC Healthcom as a Project Manager, specializing in healthcare and wellness marketing and communication. Claudia managed 360 campaigns with a focus on digital projects for clients including Bayer and Almirall. Most recently, Claudia held positions at Affinity Petcare and BlueSun as a Junior Brand Manager, where they further developed their skills in brand management.

Claudia first attended Escoles Betlem from 2012 to 2014, where they completed their Bachillerato degree with a focus on Ciencias sociales (Social Sciences). Later, from 2015 to 2019, Claudia enrolled at Blanquerna - Universitat Ramon Llull, where they obtained a degree in Publicidad, Relaciones Públicas y Marketing (Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing).
