Ofra Valdman

Ofra Valdman is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruitment field. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager and Team Lead at Bluevine since October 2020, Ofra previously held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at HERE Technologies from July 2017 to August 2020, where significant contributions included scaling the workforce from 40 to 240 employees and improving recruitment metrics through social media and referral programs. Ofra's earlier roles include Global Recruiter at Radware, where global recruiting processes were established across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, and Technical Recruiter at Malam.
