Scott Brown

Scott Brown joined BlueVoyant from Stroz Friedberg, where he worked for six years as chief legal officer in charge of the organization’s global legal affairs. Prior to joining Stroz Friedberg, Scott led the intellectual property and technology group in the Boston office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

While with Skadden, Scott focused on U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, commercial contracts, and counseling and litigation. Scott has worked domestically and abroad with a variety of U.S. and international clients, from growth-stage companies to some of the world’s largest corporations, as well as private equity firms and investment banks.

Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Trinity College, and a law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
