M. Hadi T. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of technology. M. Hadi is currently working as a Technical Director and co-founder at BlueWave Forecasting LLC since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head Of Technical Department at GLU Global (Pty) Ltd. starting from June 2016.

Before joining GLU Global, M. Hadi T. worked at Visa Cape Town as a Senior Java Developer/Team Lead. During their tenure from May 2011 to March 2016, they implemented integration projects for global clients, including Maxis (Malaysia), IFIC (Bangladesh), bKash (Bangladesh), and many others. M. Hadi was responsible for developing mobile and web channels, offering services such as person-to-person and business-to-person money transfers, airtime top-ups, bill payments, and more. M. Hadi also interacted with clients to gather requirements and led the project teams.

Prior to their role at Visa Cape Town, M. Hadi T. worked at PowerStrat BI from January 2004 to April 2011 as a Senior Java Developer/Team Lead. M. Hadi implemented Business Intelligence solutions for clients worldwide.

Before that, they held the position of a Senior Java Developer at Strategic Feasibilities, Inc. from January 2001 to December 2003, where they worked on developing dashboards within Microsoft Excel.

M. Hadi T. also has experience as a Founder/Teacher at El khawarezmi.Ecole, an IT school in Algeria. M. Hadi was responsible for training people in various programming languages from January 1999 to 2001.

Their early work experience includes a role as a Software Developer at EPLF from November 1994 to December 1998.

M. Hadi T. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Fatma Zohra Algeria between 1987 and 1990. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, with a specialization in Computer Software Engineering, from Centre Universitaire Larbi Tebessi de Tebessa between 1990 and 1994.
