John Finguerra

John E. Finguerra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at Innovate Hampton Roads since March 2024, John focuses on fostering the innovation ecosystem in the region. John holds the position of Vice President at TCI Telecommunications and is a Founding Strategic Partner at 757CIO. Previously, John was President at OnCall Telecom International, overseeing sales and technical operations from December 2009 to July 2023, and owned Comverge, Inc. from April 2002 to December 2011. Early career roles include National Account Manager at MCI from 1991 to 1998. John earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1980 and 1984.
