Harriet Webster's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant for The Bridge (IT Recruitment) Limited. Harriet then moved on to Inter-vention UK LTD in 2014, where they held the role of IT Recruitment Specialist before being promoted to Senior Recruitment Specialist in IT & Business Change in 2019. Harriet joined bluewaveSELECT in 2020 and took on various positions including SAP Practice Lead and Associate Director | Perm Delivery Lead. Harriet'swork at bluewaveSELECT focused on providing specialized expertise in SAP technology and business processes for permanent recruitment.

Harriet Webster attended Harrogate Grammar School from 2002 to 2009. Harriet then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language from The University of Huddersfield, completing their studies in 2012.
