Luke Hemphill

Luke Hemphill has a diverse work experience with a focus on sales and management roles. Luke is currently the Director of Partnerships at Bluewhite, starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Orchid Ventures Inc. from 2017 to 2022, holding positions such as Chief Product Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. In these roles, Luke contributed to the development and implementation of sales structures, go-to-market strategies, and achieved significant revenue growth for the organization. Luke also has experience in sales management at Straumann Group and Kendal Floral LLC/Florexpo LLC, where they were responsible for managing teams, maximizing sales, and building customer relationships. Luke began their career at California Commercial Works as a Sales and Project Manager, where they focused on bringing in new business and organizing company policies and marketing efforts.

Luke Hemphill earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. Luke later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Washington State University, where they studied between 2015 and 2017.
