Nurit Doron

Nurit Doron has over 25 years of experience in human resources management. Nurit currently holds the position of VP of Human Resources at Blue White Robotics since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Human Resources at GigaSpaces Technologies from 2020 to 2022. From 2004 to 2020, they worked at CEVA, Inc. as the VP Human Resources, where they managed the HR organizational units in various locations and oversaw the growth of the company from 80 to over 400 employees worldwide. Before that, they worked as the VP Human Resources at Discretix, where they were responsible for HR and logistics during the High-tech recession period. Nurit also served as the VP Human Resources at AppStream LTD from 2000 to 2002 and worked in recruitment and training management at National Semiconductor from 1995 to 2000.

Nurit Doron holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Nutrition Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Nurit also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Labor Studies at Tel Aviv University. The specific durations of these educational pursuits have not been provided.
