Tomer Agam has extensive experience in the technology industry, taking on various leadership roles throughout their career. Tomer served as the VP R&D for BWR - Blue White Robotics from 2020 to present, and previously held the same role at Contguard from 2017 to 2020. Before that, they were the R&D Manager at Evolven Software from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Sergata Software Systems LTD. as the VP R&D, where they were responsible for a wide range of software solutions, leading a team of 20 R&D employees, and overseeing financial management, sales, and marketing efforts. Tomer also has experience as an R&D Group Leader at Time To Know and as a Developer at SAP Labs.
Tomer Agam holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, which they obtained from Bar Ilan University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to this, they attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with Computer Science from 2000 to 2005.
