Maria Matatov

Maria Matatov has a diverse work experience in project management and R&D. Maria currently holds the position of Director of Program Management R&D and Operations at BlueWind Medical, where they are responsible for managing projects and promoting cross-functional teamwork. Prior to this, Maria worked as a Program Manager at BlueWind Medical.

Before joining BlueWind Medical, Maria worked at Flex (Medical R&D) as a Project Manager/System Engineer. In this role, they led R&D projects from concept to high volume manufacturing, managed client relationships, and ensured project timelines and quality milestones were met. Maria also played a key role in risk management and finance tracking. Maria worked at Flex from 2015 to 2021.

Maria also has experience as a Project Manager at PowerCom/Intellimind, where they managed full life cycle development projects and led a team of development engineers and subcontractors. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at the Israeli Air Force, where they oversaw multidisciplinary development projects and gained experience in various technologies.

Maria Matatov pursued their education at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from 2001 to 2005. Maria later went on to pursue a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering at the same institute, which they successfully completed from 2010 to 2012.
