Talia Oestereich (Mar-Chaim) has over 20 years of work experience. Talia is currently working as a Project Manager at BlueWind Medical since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Netline Communications Technologies (NCT) for almost 9 years as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for matrix management of evaluations, requirements, development, and quality teams. Talia worked closely with customers and different company teams to optimize products. Talia joined NCT in November 2013 and left in April 2022. Talia worked at NICE as an engineer from 1999 to 2001 and served as a lieutenant in the IDF from April 1993 to January 1999.

Talia Oestereich (Mar-Chaim) began their education in 1990 and completed high school in 1993. Following that, they attended Tel Aviv University from 1997 to 2001, earning a BSC degree in Engineering. In the same year, they also pursued an MBA at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, completing it in 2005. Additionally, Talia participated in a product management course by Baruch Deutch at Tel Aviv University, although the specific dates are not provided.
