Ira Farber has over two decades of experience in the billing operations and customer support field. Currently working at BluLogix as Director Customer Experience, Ira provides support, guidance, and consulting services to customers regarding internal billing operations. With previous experience at Charter Communications, Oracle, Cogent Communications, and StarBand Communications, Ira has a proven track record of managing billing operations, training teams, and implementing new systems to improve efficiency. Ira holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Towson University.
