Stefano Motton

Stefano Motton is an experienced professional in the agricultural sector, currently serving as Sales & Marketing Director for the Vegetable Seed Division at BLUMEN GROUP S.P.A. since September 2009. Prior to this role, Stefano held positions at Seminis from July 1989 to January 2009, where responsibilities included redesigning business models across South EMEA to enhance cash generation, growth, EBIT, and the potential of seeds and traits. Additionally, Stefano served as the Commercial Lead for South East Europe and Africa at Monsanto during the same period. Stefano holds a Master's degree in Agriculture from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, earned between 1979 and 1985.
