David Hopper

David Hopper is a seasoned Senior Environmental Engineer with extensive experience in environmental assessment and remediation, air quality assessment, and permitting. Since 2004, David has held a prominent role at Blumetric Environmental Inc. while also managing the Toronto office for WESA Inc. Prior to this, David served as Principal at Angus Environmental Limited for 15 years, focusing on similar areas of expertise. Additionally, David has held positions at FIS and Consumers Packaging, contributing to corporate engineering support across multiple manufacturing plants. David's educational background includes a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
