Samantha Cohen

Samantha Cohen is a seasoned environmental engineer with extensive experience in water resource management and climate change adaptation. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Engineer at Brown and Caldwell since May 2021, Samantha collaborates with the City of Vancouver to mitigate combined sewer overflows and enhance regional water quality through an inclusive, stakeholder-driven process.
