Joy Oana

Joy Oana is currently a Member at Chief, a private network for powerful women in executive leadership. Prior to her current role, Joy held various HR positions at companies such as Blumhouse and NBCUniversal Media, LLC. At NBCUniversal, she served as VP Human Resources for Lifestyle Networks and later as VP Human Resources for E!, NBCU Digital Lab, & West Coast Bravo & Oxygen. Joy has extensive experience in managing HR initiatives, supporting executive teams, and driving business objectives. She holds a Master's Degree in HR Management & Development from New York University.
