Susan Herbert Peacock, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a history of over 30 years of experience in human resources. Susan Herbert currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Blumont, Inc. since March 2020. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, they worked as an HR Consultant at Peacock Consulting. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Susan Herbert also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Acentia from 2012 to 2014. From 2004 to 2012, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at the YMCA of Central Florida. Susan also worked as the District Director of Human Resources at the State of Florida Department of Children & Families from 2002 to 2004. In addition, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Harcourt, Inc. from 2000 to 2002. Susan started their career as the Director of Human Resources at Humana, Inc. from 1991 to 1998.

Susan Herbert Peacock, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Louisville. Susan Herbert also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Guidance and Counseling from the same university. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2015 and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in September 2015.
