Rhiannon Carr

Rhiannon Carr is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and people management, currently serving as Group Manager, People & Culture at Blundstone Australia since November 2021. Prior to this, Rhiannon held the position of Head of People & Culture at the Royal Automobile Club of Tasmania from November 2020 to November 2021, and worked as HR Manager and Business Change Manager at Wrest Point from July 2017 to November 2020, where responsibilities included leading HR teams and executing major change projects. Earlier experience includes roles as Business Change Stream Lead at Federal Group and HR Operations Manager at Wrest Point, focusing on HR operations, talent sourcing, and system implementations. Rhiannon began a career in hospitality management with significant roles including Senior Recruitment Consultant at Searson Buck and Assistant Events Manager at Conrad Jupiters. Rhiannon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Tasmania and an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from Drysdale TAFE.
