Justin Boots is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at UpGuard since October 2025. Previously, Justin held significant roles at Culture Amp, including Global Senior Director and Director of People Experience, as well as Senior HR Partner at SEEK, collaborating with leadership across multiple continents. Earlier in Justin's career, various positions at Australia Post encompassed roles from Head of HR for Group Services to HR Advisor, focusing on employee engagement and organizational change strategies. Justin began the professional journey with a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from La Trobe University and has also contributed to academic environments such as Swinburne University of Technology.
