Manisha Nair serves as the Senior Vice President & Head of Human Resource, Administration & Corporate Communications at BluPine Energy, a role held since May 2022. Prior to this, Manisha was Vice President & Head of Human Resource, Administration & Corporate Communications at alfanar Construction from October 2019 to June 2022, overseeing the renewable segment in India. Manisha's experience includes serving as Global HR Partner & Principal Consultant at EACIIT, Head of Human Resources at Ostro Energy Private Ltd., and Deputy Manager Human Resources at Doosan. Academic qualifications include a Management Development Program in Organizational Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Master’s Degree in HRM & HRD from Maharshi Dayanand University.
