Max Lance

Max Lance has diverse work experience in the entertainment industry, primarily focusing on finance and production. Starting in 2010, Max worked as a mentor at Young Storytellers and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, demonstrating a commitment to youth development. In 2013, Max transitioned to Sony Pictures Entertainment, where they served as an assistant and coordinator for the Innovation Project. This role provided a valuable understanding of the entertainment industry.
