Kali Rogers

Kali Rogers's work experience includes founding and being the CEO of Blush Online Life Coaching, an online life coaching company for professional women. Kali launched the company in January 2014 and led a team of female coaches who provided coaching on various topics such as career advancement, stress management, relationships, productivity, and self-confidence. Each coach on their team has a master's degree in counseling and a passion for working with females. In 2018, they joined WME (William Morris Endeavor) as an HR Manager for the "Core" department. In this role, they managed hiring and recruitment and also provided guidance and mentorship to floaters and current assistants to maintain employee retention. Kali worked at WME from February 2018 to November 2018.

Kali Rogers completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at The University of Texas at Austin from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor at Southern Methodist University from 2010 to 2013.
