Kimberly Cleveland

Kimberly Cleveland has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner at BluSky Restoration Contractors since January 2018, and previously held the Human Resources Generalist position. Prior to this role, Kimberly was the Director of Team Member Services and Benefits Administrator at Ridge Care, Inc. from January 2015 to January 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as East District Trainer and various operational roles at Holiday Retirement between 2011 and 2014, alongside a tenure as Leadership Coordinator at Heartland Community Church from 2008 to 2011. Kimberly's career also includes outplacement management and career coaching at Furst Transitions and office management at Gillespie Court Reporting. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticultural Science from the University of California - Riverside.
