Prior to that, Natalie worked at The Hartford for over 20 years, holding various roles such as Human Resources Employee Experience Program Manager II, Operations Talent Acquisition Lead, and Academy Manager, Enterprise Operations. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in managing employee experience programs, leading recruitment efforts, and developing leaders. Natalie also played a key role in driving organizational culture and strategic goals while ensuring compliance with EEOC regulations.

In October 2021, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. This certification indicates their expertise in human resource management. Subsequently, in May 2023, Natalie earned the Certified Compensation Analyst certification from the Compensation Analyst Academy. This certification recognizes their proficiency in analyzing and managing compensation-related matters.
