Natalie VanWinkle, SPHR, CCA has over 22 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Natalie is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at BluSky Restoration Contractors. Prior to that, Natalie worked at The Hartford for over 20 years, holding various roles such as Human Resources Employee Experience Program Manager II, Operations Talent Acquisition Lead, and Academy Manager, Enterprise Operations. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in managing employee experience programs, leading recruitment efforts, and developing leaders. Natalie also played a key role in driving organizational culture and strategic goals while ensuring compliance with EEOC regulations.

Natalie VanWinkle, SPHR, CCA has pursued their education and obtained relevant certifications to specialize in the field of Human Resources and Compensation Analysis. Natalie attended Southern Nazarene University from 2006 to 2008, where they completed a degree in Organizational Leadership.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Natalie has also obtained two significant certifications. In October 2021, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. This certification indicates their expertise in human resource management.
