Veqar Islam

Veqar Islam is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership positions across various sectors. Currently serving as Director at National Investment Trust Limited and Catalect, Veqar has also held significant roles as Director and Chief Executive at JBS Global - Jaffer Business Systems, and as Director at ENA Pakistan. As President of TouchPoint (Pvt) Limited, Veqar specializes in self-service solutions, focusing on business intelligence and telecom consulting. Additionally, Veqar is the Founder of Hysab Kytab, a platform designed for personal finance management, and serves as Director at Blutech Consulting, which focuses on big data and analytics. Past contributions include serving as Director at Foree, Member of the Policy Board at SECP, and a member of the PM Task Force on IT & Telecom. Veqar holds a Master's degree in Commerce from Karachi University, completed between 1982 and 1985.
