Cana Eisenhauer has extensive experience in the field of regulatory affairs and quality management in the food industry. They currently work as a Quality and Regulatory Manager at Bluu Seafood since 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Kaesler Nutrition GmbH, including Head of Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Manager from 2019 to 2022. They also worked as a Senior Subject Matter Expert at Mondelēz International from 2018 to 2019. Before that, they were a R&D SARA Specialist at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS from 2015 to 2018. Cana's career in regulatory affairs started at Mondelēz International in 2010, where they worked as a Regulatory Scientist in the coffee and cheese & grocery departments. They also worked as an intern in regulatory affairs at Kraft Foods Group from 2010 to 2010.

Cana Eisenhauer started their education in 2004 at Ege University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Lebensmittelwissenschaft und -technologie (Ingenieurwesen) until 2009. During this time, they also participated in the Erasmus Programm at Justus Liebig University Giessen from 2006 to 2007, focusing on Lebensmittelwissenschaft. In 2009, they attended Hochschule Fulda as a Gaststudentin/Studentin, specializing in Food Processing. Cana Eisenhauer also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including REACH from knoell in October 2019, HACCP Training from Kraft Foods in August 2010, and Vendor Audit Training from SGS, an sgsco company in May 2016.
