Gaye Çetinkaya Campari, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research and expertise in cell biology, pluripotent stem cells, biobanking, embryology, and bioengineering. Gaye has been working as a Senior Cell Scientist at Bluu Seafood since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at TUBITAK as a Scientific Programmes Chief Expert from November 2018 to April 2022, where they served as the National Contact Point and Management Board Member for Horizon2020 Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) and Neurodegenerative Disease Research (JPND). During their tenure, they promoted MSCA in Turkey, organized informative sessions, provided training and consultancy to Turkish researchers, and attended European and international meetings related to MSCA and research career development.

Gaye also worked at TUBITAK MARMARA RESEARCH CENTER, Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Institute from August 2007 to November 2017. As a Senior Researcher, they developed projects in cell biology, with a focus on pluripotent stem cells, biobanking, embryology, and bioengineering. Gaye'sresearch in these areas has been published in peer-reviewed journals. Before their senior researcher role, they worked as a Researcher at the same institute from 2007 to 2013.

Prior to joining TUBITAK, Gaye Çetinkaya Campari worked as a Researcher at the ABC, Micromanipulation and Genetic Reprogramming Group from April 2006 to March 2007. Gaye also worked as a Visiting Scholar at TUBITAK MAM, Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Institute, Transgenic Animal Laboratory from December 2005 to May 2006.

Gaye Çetinkaya Campari, PhD, pursued their education in the field of Biology/Biological Sciences at Hacettepe University. From 1997 to 2001, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree. Following this, they continued their studies at the same university and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from 2004 to 2010.
