Brian Stillwell completed their high school education at Pascack Valley High School. Brian then pursued an Associate of Applied Science in Hotel Restaurant Management at Paul Smith's College from 1977 to 1979, followed by a Bachelor of Arts in Food Service Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology from 1979 to 1981. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Force Management Facilitator in 2020 and ITIL Foundation Certification in 2013.
