Aaron Nadler has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. In 2005, they were a Data Wrangler at Strategic Discovery. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at L3 Communications SafeView as a Project Manager, during which time they created and implemented a training regimen adopted by the TSA and DHS. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at Bechtel Corporation as a Product Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Project Controls Engineer. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at RFID Global Solution, Inc. as a Software Product Manager. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have been the Director of Product Management and Senior Product Manager at BluVue, where they have built a strategy to differentiate their offering from competitors, analyzed user and customer usage to streamline product and build better features, and applied usage data to improve on-boarding and customer retention.
Aaron Nadler received a BS in Engineering Physics from Westmont College in 2005, followed by a Master of Science (MS) in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University in 2014. Aaron also holds certifications from the Bechtel Corporation as a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt (obtained in 2010) and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt (obtained in 2008). Additionally, they have a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance (obtained in 2014).
