Paul Georges Leroux has a wealth of experience in the business, technology, and engineering fields. Paul Georges began their career in 1975 as a Lieutenant to Major in the Canadian Army, where they served as a Combat Arms Officer and Engineering Officer. In 1995, they joined ADGA Group as the Director of R&D. Paul Georges then moved to why interactive as the Director of Development in 1997. In 1998, they joined Saraide as the Director of Development and then in 2001, they became the Chief Technology Officer for Gomez Inc and WebPerform UK. In 2004, they joined Deloitte Canada as a Partner and Senior Manager and was later promoted to Innovation Advisory Partner. In 2017, they became the President of Skate Lace Consulting Inc., a Virtual Boutique Accelerator, and Co-Founder and Board Advisor of BluWave-ai, a company that uses Artificial Intelligence on Smart Grid IOT sensors to optimize renewable energy usage. In 2020, they joined InUnison as the Research and Development Project Manager, where they are responsible for planning and directing the R&D efforts and accessing funding to expand them.

Paul Georges Leroux completed a M.A.Sc in Computer Architectures from the University of Victoria between 1988 and 1990. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc. in Physics and Physical Oceanography from Royal Roads University between 1978 and 1980.
