Richard D. Maxwell, MSc. has over 20 years of experience in the marketing and sales industry. In 1992, they began their career as the Director of Fleet Fuel Marketing at Love's Travel Stops. Richard D. was responsible for launching a new fleet fueling venture called "GO! Systems" and developing and implementing an initial marketing plan. In 1998, they became the Director of Marketing at Factor Wholesale Petroleum SaaS (now PDI Software), where they managed the marketing and customer service/inside sales departments and developed a successful marketing campaign to retain customers needing Y2K upgrades. In 2000, they moved on to become the Director of Marketing at EMBARKOK. In 2002, they took on the role of AVP Marketing and Communications at Trinity Metro, where they were the strategic lead for the transit authority's marketing, traditional and digital advertising, PR and branding efforts. In 2015, they joined PAVLOV Agency as the Director of Transit, where they were responsible for business development and marketing strategy of US and Canada transit accounts. In 2020, they became the US Sales and Marketing Associate at BluWave-ai, where they were responsible for marketing and sales of AI powered solutions for utility and electric vehicle grid optimization planning and implementation. Most recently, in 2021, they joined RM Consulting as a Marketing Consultant.

Richard D. Maxwell, MSc. holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business and an MSM in Marketing Management and Organizational Development and Transformation from Southern Nazarene University.
