Volodymyr Shymanskyy

Volodymyr Shymanskyy has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Volodymyr is the Co-Author of Wasm3, a WebAssembly interpreter that runs on multiple platforms and architectures. Volodymyr was also a Co-Founder Architect at Blynk, where they developed a protocol and library for smart appliance control. Additionally, they served as the Research and Development Manager at ELEKS and was involved in networking and project development as the Hackerspace Co-Founder and Coordinator at GlobalLogic. Volodymyr has also worked as a Trainer at GoIT and SKILLUP, providing IT education and trainings. Volodymyr has technical expertise as an Embedded Software Engineer at GlobalLogic and frog, and as a Junior Software Engineer at GlobalLogic Mobile WiMAX. Before that, they worked as a self-employed Software Developer, undertaking various projects in different programming languages.

Volodymyr Shymanskyy started their education in 2000 by attending English Courses where they studied Advanced Business English until 2005. After that, from 2003 to 2005, they attended Drohobych Pedagogical Lyceum, focusing on Technical Sciences. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Cybernetics from 2005 to 2011. Additionally, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in the Military field at the same university.
