Shaina Canlas has a diverse work background with experience in HR and talent management. Shaina worked at Blytheco as a Talent Program Manager, overseeing various programs and initiatives, and also held the role of HR Coordinator/Executive Assistant. Prior to that, Shaina was the HR Manager at Koyal Wholesale. Shaina began their career at Olive Garden as a Server/To-Go Specialist, where they received recognition for their excellent service and teamwork skills.
