The leadership team at Blythedale Children's Hospital has a wealth of experience in the medical field. They have worked at some of the most prestigious hospitals in the country and have held positions such as director of operations, director of clinical services, and manager. They have also worked as a pediatric palliative care consultant and as a vice chairman of clinical services. In addition to their work experience, they also have a strong educational background. They have degrees from NYU-Wagner School of Public Service, University of Notre Dame, University of Michigan, and Georgetown University School of Medicine.
