Emma Norris Assoc CIPD has experience as the Head of HR & Employee Culture at B&M Care since September 2018. Prior to that, Emma worked as the HR Office Manager at Westgate Healthcare from November 2010 to September 2018. Emma is currently pursuing a CIPD Level 7 in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Avado, following their completion of a CIPD Level 5 in HR Management from the same institution in 2020. Emma attended John F Kennedy RC School from 1997 to 2004.
