Idah Dhlakama is a skilled culinary professional with a robust background in hospitality and food service, currently serving as a Sous Chef at BM Caterers since April 2024. Previous roles include Chef De Partie at Absolute Taste and BM Caterers, as well as Chef at BlueArrow Agency, where expertise in a variety of kitchen environments was developed.
