Jonathan Khaw Ernyuan

Jonathan Khaw Ernyuan is an accomplished chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving as a Senior Sous Chef at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants since July 2021, Jonathan has progressed through various roles, including Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, Chef De Partie, and Commis 1 as part of the pre-opening team. Previously, Jonathan worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from September 2018 to June 2021, holding positions as Commis 2, Commis 3, and Internship Trainee on the pre-opening team. Academically, Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Management from Taylor's University and graduated with honors with a Bachelor in Culinary Art & Food Service Management from ISTHIA - Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès. Additional qualifications from Taylor's University include a second Bachelor's degree with honors in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management and a Diploma in Culinary Arts.
