Marleen Hermans

Marleen Hermans is a distinguished professional in the field of architecture and construction, currently serving as Managing Partner of Fysiek Domein at BMC since March 2022 and as a Commissioner at Staedion since September 2019. As a Professor of Public Client Representation in Construction at TU Delft since January 2014, Marleen focuses on both research and education in the domain of public commissioning in construction. With extensive experience in strategic implementation and management, Marleen held various leadership roles at Brink Management / Advies and Rijksgebouwendienst, specializing in professional client representation and innovative contracting methods.
