Bruce Wauer

Bruce Wauer is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software configuration management and IT support. Currently serving as a Senior Support Specialist at BMC Software since April 2023, Bruce previously held the position of Lead Remedy Administrator at Wipro Limited from October 2018 to April 2023 and at Windstream Communications from January 2011 to April 2023. Responsibilities included Remedy ITSM administration and development, as well as roles in enterprise code promotion and DevOps. Bruce's career includes significant contributions at NuVox as a Build Engineer/DevOps Manager where tool implementations and build automations were key focuses. Bruce also has a diverse background in IT management and consulting, supplemented by a foundational education in Electrical Engineering and Computer Information Systems from Southern Polytechnic State University.
