Julian Thrussell

Julian Thrussell is an experienced professional in information security, currently serving as the Director of Information Security at BMC Software since February 2017. In this role, Julian manages all aspects of information security in Europe, ensuring compliance with best practices and corporate policies, overseeing customer contract security negotiations, conducting supplier security audits, and facilitating staff education and training. Prior to BMC Software, Julian held the position of Security and Risk Manager at BSI from September 2005 to June 2010, responsible for promoting information security and business continuity standards. Earlier experience includes working as Security Products Manager at Cisco Enterasys Networks from November 2002 to September 2005, where Julian managed specialist network security products and engaged with customers and reseller partners.
