Kristen Sanders

Kristen Sanders is an accomplished professional in the field of customer success and digital transformation with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Area Vice President of Global Customer Success at BMC Software since November 2021, Kristen previously held several leadership roles at Salesforce, including Customer Growth Leader in the Office of Strategic Customer Growth, and Vice President of Digital Transformation & Business Value Services. Prior to Salesforce, Kristen was the Chief Trailblazer and CEO at Kredo Solutions. Additional positions include Head of Professional Services at Linvio, Inc., Director of Global Sales Operations at Yahoo!, and various leadership roles at YouSendIt and Rainmaker Systems, Inc. Kristen holds a BA in English from San Jose State University and attended Vanderbilt University, with earlier education from Harbor High.
