LJ LongWing is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in product development and technical support, currently serving as a Principal Product Developer on the SEAL Tools Team at BMC Software since July 2016. Prior roles at BMC include Lead Product Developer for both the SEAL Tools Team and Platinum Engineering, as well as Lead Technical Support Analyst. Previous experience includes positions at ActioNet, Level 3 Communications, Astor & Sanders, Boecore, Northrop Grumman, MCI/EDS, and Digital Equipment Corporation, focusing extensively on Remedy development and support. LJ LongWing holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from CTU.
