Shashank Bhushan

Shashank Bhushan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Talent Architect at BMC Software since November 2010. In this role, Shashank leads global initiatives for talent management, focusing on future skills and learning development, contributing to BMC Software's recognition as a top employer in India. Prior to BMC, Shashank held leadership positions at IBM India Pvt. Ltd., including Vice President of Human Resources and General Manager of HR, where responsibilities encompassed leadership development and change management. Earlier career experiences include HR management roles at ITC Infotech, Kvaerner Process, and BPL LTD. Shashank holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Human Resources from the Institute of Social Sciences, Agra.
