Sridhar Rajagopalan is an experienced professional in customer success and technical account management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success Management and Head of Global Enterprise Customer Success at BMC Software since May 2020. Prior to this role, Sridhar worked at Oracle from November 2010 to May 2020, where responsibilities included managing customer success for enterprise accounts and developing strategies for customer relationship management. Sridhar holds an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
