Raymond Sedile

Raymond Sedile serves as the Plant Manager at BME, a Member of the Omnia Group, since July 2017, overseeing operations at both an Explosives Emulsion Plant and an Emulsifier Plant. Prior experience includes a role as Production Manager at Nestlé, where responsibility included processing and packaging in a creamer plant, and as Process Foreman at AVI Limited, focusing on instant coffee and creamer processing with extensive technical operations. Additional experience at Pioneer Foods involved production supervision for multiple plants, while tenure at McCain Foods included supervision of plant operations and quality control. At ImproChem, Raymond worked as a Process Technician, emphasizing design and optimization of new plants. Academically, Raymond holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership, alongside degrees in Applied Science and Operations Management from the University of Pretoria and University of Johannesburg, respectively.
