Andrew Hydrusko

Andrew Hydrusko is an experienced technical support professional with a strong background in the life sciences. Currently serving as the Northeast Technical Support Representative at BMG LABTECH since October 2020, Andrew manages both on-site and remote service support for high-end Plate Reader systems, overseeing diagnoses, assay troubleshooting, and maintenance across several territories. Prior experiences include roles at amsbio, EMD Millipore, JoVE, Bio Basic Inc., and Brigham and Women's Hospital, where Andrew excelled in technical support, complaint processing, business development, and research. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Biology with a focus on Cell and Organ System Physiology from the University of Delaware, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
