Ulrike Gaskins has extensive work experience in the music industry and legal field. Ulrike served as the Vice President of Procurement and Business Operations in BMG - The New Music Company, overseeing operational activities for an international music company. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director in Business Legal Affairs managing legal and business matters related to music releases. Ulrike also worked as a Senior Manager in Legal & Repertoire Documentation, focusing on document management and maintaining compliance in M&A transactions. Alongside their music industry roles, Ulrike pursued certification as a Coach and Mediator, specializing in systemic coaching, change management, and conflict resolution. Ulrike began their career as a Legal Specialist at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA and later worked as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Heller Ehrman Venture Law Group.
Ulrike Gaskins has a Bachelor's degree in Germanistik from the Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg. Ulrike also obtained their Abitur, or High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates, from Städtisches Gymnasium in Gütersloh. Additionally, Ulrike Gaskins holds a Masters degree in Comparative Literature from the University of South Carolina. Ulrike has obtained certifications as a Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2023, and as a Certified Coach and Mediator from Freie Universität Berlin in 2013.
