Zoe Heckmann

Zoe Heckmann's work experience includes various roles in marketing insights and analytics at BMG and Universal Music Group. Zoe started as an Allocations Analyst at Bauer Media in 2010 and later worked as a Circulation Analyst and Circulation Executive. In 2013, they joined Aztec Information Services as an Account Manager. Zoe then moved to Universal Music Group in 2014, where they held positions such as Commercial Insight and Strategy Manager and Senior Manager - Insights & Strategy. Zoe also worked at BMG as a Senior Manager and eventually became the Vice President of Global Marketing Insights & Analytics. Zoe has extensive experience in data analysis and strategy within the music industry.

Zoe Heckmann completed their Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Western Sydney University in 2010. In 2016, they attended the University of Sydney to pursue SQL and successfully completed SQL: Level 1 & 2a. Additionally, Zoe obtained the certification of SQL Essential Training from Lynda.com in November 2016.
