Marcela González is a highly experienced marketing strategist and digital transformation consultant, currently serving as a Marketing Strategy and Digital Transformation Consultant at CONSULTORA since January 2014. In addition, Marcela has been a CX Presenter at BMI Companies since October 2021 and a Professor and Academic Program Developer in Digital Marketing at Tecnológico de Costa Rica since January 2017. Previous roles include teaching Digital Marketing at Universidad Fundepos de Costa Rica and developing the Digital Marketing academic program at Universidad Americana from January 2013 to December 2018. Marcela also directed email marketing and subscription products at Grupo Nación from October 2010 to December 2014, and worked in marketing and advertising for Destinostv from 2008 to 2010. Marcela holds a Master's degree in Data Management and Innovation Technology from Universitat de Barcelona.
