Stacy Toki has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Stacy Toki started their career at KEMBA Financial Credit Union in 2003 as an Executive Assistant. Over the years, Stacy progressed through various roles including Human Resources Generalist, Assistant Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Manager. In 2012, they joined BMI Federal Credit Union as the Director of Human Resources and later became the Vice President of Human Resources in 2019. Stacy holds an MBA degree and is certified as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and a Credit Union Compliance Expert (CCUE).

Stacy Toki completed their education in a chronological order. In 2004, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Franklin University. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, which they completed in 2002. In 2016, Stacy attended CUNA Management School and earned a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) degree in Credit Union Management in 2018.

Additionally, Stacy has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Later, in 2018, they attained the Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) certification from the Credit Union National Association. Lastly, in 2019, Stacy earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
